# Error executing image transfer script

I want to create a vertical machine on opennebula, but he can’t copy the iso image.  
here is the error that appears on sunstone :

Error executing image transfer script: Error copying ubuntu:/var/lib/one//datastores/1/34f78ccdfe12ab8e272b8302416fb147 to localhost:/var/lib/one//datastores/0/20/disk.0

help me please.

Do you have the [SSH passwordless](http://docs.opennebula.io/5.12/deployment/node_installation/kvm_node_installation.html?#step-4-configure-passwordless-ssh) properly configured?
