Hello,

A user from my system has told me he had three or four instances but he only sees one…

In “System \> Users \> $user \> Quotas”, Sunstone shows this information:

 ![Screenshot 2022-07-05 at 13-00-49 OpenNebula Sunstone Cloud Operations Center](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex031/uploads/opennebula/original/2X/1/10219de8ebe8a8fc81cca6bc019c29bbbdefa949.png)

where you couls see that in “Running VMs” value is “-4” (a negative value…). Alsoin “Running CPU” and “Running Memory” values are negative…

In “oneuser show” this is the output:

```auto
USER 543 INFORMATION
ID : 543
NAME : my-user
GROUP : my-group
PASSWORD : blablabla
AUTH_DRIVER : core
ENABLED : Yes
TOKENS
USER TEMPLATE
TOKEN_PASSWORD="blablabla"
VMS USAGE & QUOTAS
              VMS MEMORY CPU SYSTEM_DISK_SIZE
      1 / 8 8G / 20G 0.50 / 10.00 20G / 87.9G
VMS USAGE & QUOTAS - RUNNING
      RUNNING VMS RUNNING MEMORY RUNNING CPU
     -4 / - -28672M / - -2.25 / -
DATASTORE USAGE & QUOTAS
NETWORK USAGE & QUOTAS
          ID LEASES
           1 0 / 5
           2 0 / 5
IMAGE USAGE & QUOTAS
          ID RUNNING VMS
```

Here, you can see that negative value too…

What can I do? User swears me he hasn’t deleted (“terminated”) that instances…

Thanks.

Hello,
troubles with quotas were solved in release 6.4.1 by [this issue](https://github.com/OpenNebula/one/issues/5867)

To fix the quotas on your installation:

- stop opennebula
- run [onedb fsck](https://github.com/OpenNebula/one/issues/5867)
- start opennebula
