# One\_auth file is missing when adding vcenter

Hello,  
When adding a VMware vCenter to the Opennebula environment, under “Infrastructure/Hosts”, when I add the vcenter I receive a message stating the "one\_auth file is missing. Is this something that needs to be done on the VMware side or with my Open Nebula host?

Hi,

This is related to the OpenNebula front-end. Can you check that you have /var/lib/one/.one/one\_auth file?
