# Sunstone view yamls changes dont take affect

Hi I have modified our view yamls (cloud.yaml) and with systemctl restart or daemon-reload the changes never go through. The only thing I have seen work is rebooting the server itself. Is there something else I should be restarting/reloading to make it take affect?

Hello @ekalkst,
After changes, Sunstone server must be [restarted](https://docs.opennebula.io/6.1/installation_and_configuration/opennebula_services/sunstone.html?highlight=restart#service-control-and-logs) to take effect.

You need register the new view in `/etc/one/sunstone-views.yaml` file.
