I think this may be a known issue, and if there’s a quick fix, I’d appreciate knowing the solution.
I’ve just done an in-place upgrade from CE 5.12.01 to CE 5.12.03. No errors during the upgrade (done via yum), but upon logging on with _any_ account, the UI doesn’t load and I just get the spinning icon/wheel. There don’t seem to be any Sunstone errors in the logs, but in the Apache logfile, this is repeated;

[Wed Nov 11 11:58:47.000364 2020] [core:error] [pid 1478:tid 140528637011712] [client 192.168.194.6:44209] AH00037: Symbolic link not allowed or link target not accessible: /usr/lib/one/sunstone/public/dist/main.js, referer: http://

The file is there, and the link looks ok (I re-created it anyway), but it hasn’t made any difference. I can certainly see the log timestamps coincide with the logon attempts. What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks

I’d say this is an apache (httpd) permissions issue - but’s what’s changed between 5.12.01 and 5.12.03 to cause this? This is CentOS 8.2 running httpd 2.4.37.

Potential solution;

usermod +a +G apache oneadmin
