# VNC Not working ( Nebula front end , fireedge , mysql in separate server)

Hi Team,

Can you please suggest to fix this.

VNC console getting disconnnected .

Hello @Senthil_Kumar_M,

I know it’s obvious, and no helpful at this moment, but can you share the logs?  
/var/log/one/fireedge.log  
/var/log/one/novnc.log

It looks like there’s a disconnection on the VM. This article from documentation can throw you some light perhaps:

Sorry, but without logs we cannot give you a proper answer to understand where is the error.
