Can i create Block LVM in 5.0.2

i can create a Block LVM in opennebula 4.14.2, but i can’t see the documentation for Block LVM in 5.0.2. it is possible to create a Block LVM in 5.0.2

Have you installed LVM addon?

Yeah i installed addon-lvm

In sunstone:
Storage backend: Custom
Datastore: Custom -> DS_MAD: lvm
Transfer: Custom -> TM_MAD: lvm
Disk Type: block
Volume Group Name: your_vg_name
Host bridge list: host1 host2
