Cpu/memory hot plug for running VMs on vCenter

Hi,
I could not find anything inside opennebula regarding the support for adding cpu/memort to a running virtual machine, As this feature is available in vCenter we need this on opennebula, Can you help me to find wether this feature (hot add of cpu/ memory) is supported on opennebula for running vms on vcenter and if the answer is No, is there anyway to activate this?
It’s so important for us !!
