Can I create a hard disk to store data for customers in opennebula ? I mean such a disk in the cloud like dropbox .

You can create a Datablock Image. This image can be attached to a VM for
later use… This would be a plain data disk, without OS
You can also create a persistent OS installation for your customers to
persist disk changes. With the 5.0 template to persistent feature you’d
simply create the base images and each customer will instantiate a private
copy to store their changes.
