Balancing+failover for oned. could we run multiple instances at the same time?

hello, we’re compared virtualization management software and decided to start migration to opennebula. right now i am testing balancing/failover capability of opennebula system. my question/concern - should ‘oned’ have only one copy running? that is what kind of behavior balancing/failover guides cover. could we make things easier and make few instances of oned run and then balance requests over them (stick user to one oned instance?) ? thank you
