How to start VM with status PowerOff

Hello,

i would like to ask for a help as i am trying pointlessly to solve my problem. I have Status PowerOff and state LCM_INIT,
i tried to reboot, hard reboot, start it, power off it[just to make sure], but nothing will bring VM back online.

After starting it, it goes to BOOT status and then goes back to PowerOff and LCM_INIT state.

I am new to world of VMs, so if this answer to this question is simple, i apologize.

I managed to solve the problem by setting appropriate rights to image disc on filesystem
