Hybrid cloud with soflayer

hi i am new in this field dont knew much read your documentation and installed opennebula on ubuntu vps (for testing purpose) and installed gems for softlayer_api and azure also but wont able to understand how to integrate them in opennenbula and create hybrid cloud please guide me
