i did. there is no reference of file location of this data.
In OpenNebula almost everything is stored as an XML blob in the database, in this case, look at table secgroup_pool.
The information is passed to the copy of the VN_MAD driver on the host, where it is processed and the corresponding shell commands are executed to apply.
There is no trace logged what and where is called except the data logged by sudo in the system logs on the host.
