PROBLEM:
I can instantiate the VM Template with OneAdmin as Company A Group
The VM Builds fine and shows up in the Company A dashboard.

When logged in as the Admin user for Company A Group I can see the VM Template.
When I attempt to instantiate the VM Template as the Company A Group Admin User I get (User Template includes a restricted attribute DISK.)
I know this was a bug in previous versions, however this was supposed to be resolved in 6.4.0

Please advise.

UPDATE:
Commented out the DISK VM_RESTRICTED_ATTR and the deployment proceeds.
This does not seem to be the best solution. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Update:

Ran into a new issue
[one.cluster.info] User [15] : Not authorized to perform USE CLUSTER [127].
This is the admin user.
The VDC and group have permission to use the cluster.
I am seeing that when i go to
Instance > VM > select a VM.
