Can i use OpenNebula for Test Bed Reservation system? Will it support or do i need to get some other Plugins or commercial edition etc?

Could you please briefly describe your use case? At first sight, OpenNebula may be a good fit.
There are no proprietary components in OpenNebula, it does not follow an open core approach.
