Hi @Joyshah018,

Please feed some additional info about your setup. Like what is the SYSTEM datastore TM_MAD, IMAGES datastore TM_MAD, with what user the libvirtd is running, etc…

At first glance and without additional context it looks like libvirt has no rights to access the VM files.
