I would like to elaborate current status. Please kindly support to me.
Let me know what is virtualization driver error what can occur.
User can login to OpenNebula Portal but cannot access VM because VM is shutdown and also template.
At this time, we checked OpenNebula portal. All VM (Virtual Machine) are shutdown status. We found Driver Error in VM and hosts has occurred error status. We checked log file of VM. In case, we checked root issue that is,

Apparently OpenNebula cannot communicate with vCenter due to invalid credentials. Can you double check?
