It’s possible cloning VM using Ceph at version 5.6? I readed in documentation that the “clone” process basically is take the snapshot and restore from this. But using Ceph I can just take disk snapshot, not VM snapshot. Then, the clone process require a costly manual work.
In Ceph, it’s simple: Take snapshot, protect snapshot (if you use Mimic or Nautilus, not need this step), and clone the image.
Anyone have any idea or sugestion?
