When the VM in the status is running, I try to connect through the VNC and get an error TUNNEL_ERROR. What is the reason for this error?

Is VM running well? Can you access VM via SSH?
Maybe you should try to open Browser Console, and see if there are some error messages.
Also check on novnc.log itself. – /var/log/one/novnc.log
