How to disable option Groups in the "top-right drop-down" menu?

I’m think that it’s possible:
I want to remove option “Groups” from the “top-right drop-down” menu, аnd leaving it only enabled for selected users?
But I can’t to find this option in yaml files (sunstone-views)

The dropdown menu shown in the first post of this thread cannot be hidden, however, that menu only shows the groups to which the user belongs.

A user should NOT be able to see resources that do not belong to him/her if the permissions have been configured correctly. I recommend you take a look at these sections of the documentation:
