Is there a way to instantiate multiple persistent virtual machines using a single template?, If not, then is there a feature request already submitted, Because I would like to submit a feature request if this feature is not already submitted.
Sorry for replying so late, I was looking for deploying multiple persistent VM using one template in clouduser view, But it seems that this feature is not available.
Is this in the roadmap or may be I can request for this feature.
ONE already have all the work-flow like, clone, set to persistent, may we just need to bring this altogether and add a option in template “Deploy as persistent” and this will deploy multiple persistent VMs from a non-persistent disks.
Some of our workload require persistent disks while deploying VMs and deploying them in a bulk is really a tedious and time consuming job.
This will reduce manual work for oneadmin user to create a persistent template or disk and assign it to the clouduser again and again
Hi, i’d like this feature too… It’s the only reason why i’m not using opennebula yet…
What i need is basically create persistent template ( let’s say 10gb harddisk and 1gb ram with some software already configured ) then being able to istantiate persistent vms with custom hd size, ram and CPU…

Sorry for necroposting, but is this feature implemented?
Because i still don’t know how to instantiate many VMs with persistent image cloned from reference image.
