In the oned.log I see these two messages:
Wed Jun 26 11:25:19 2019 [Z0][ONE][I]: oned is using version 5.8.0 for local_db_versioning
Wed Jun 26 11:25:19 2019 [Z0][ONE][I]: oned is using version 5.6.0 for db_versioning
I would like to know now if this is a problem or not. Can local_db_versioning and db_versioning be different?
Or should I correct this? If yes, how?

The versions are correct, in 5.8 the shared tables weren’t touched, so that’s why they are in 5.6.0 version.

Is there a web page somewhere where I can see which versions are correct for each software version? Then I don’t have to ask each time. 
No, there is no place where you can see it, but if OpenNebula starts, everything is okay, if not it will show a database version mismatch error.
