Lockout after update

Greetings
After update from 5.6 to 5.12 I could not execute
oneuser passwd --sha256 serveradmin cat /var/lib/one/.one/sunstone_auth|cut -f2 -d':' as described in upgrade manual. Actuallly I could, but it did nothing. I can not login to sunstone (bad decrypt), all cli commands just do nothing. I am able to list all vms and users, but I cannot start vm or create a new user. Serveradmin password in sunstone_auth equals the one from output of oneuser show 1. But it does not look like it’s sha256, it is sha1. Any ideas?
