Make Opennebula give new VMs IP addresses from the beginning

Hello,

Opennebula 5 here.

I have a virtual network with Address Range 10.23.2.21 - 10.23.2.254. I create a new VM and it gets IP 10.23.2.21. If I destroy it and create another one it, too, gets IP 10.23.2.21. If I have two VMs, one gets IP 10.23.2.21 and the other one gets IP 10.23.2.22. So far so good.

However, if now I destroy those two VMs and then create another one it gets IP 10.23.2.23.

Why doesn’t the new VM use the lowest free IP (which would be 10.23.2.21)? How to I reset (restart) Opennebula to start giving IPs from the beginning of the IP range? It wasn’t like that in Opennebula 4.
