Steps to reproduce:

Import image from marketplace to DS intel_image : eg Ubuntu 22.04

Image gets downloaded to KVM - I can see it in linstor resource list. eg intel1/intel2/amd1

instantiate a VM and deploy to intel1 - no issues

instantiate a VM and deploy to intel2 - BOOT_FAILURE (vmlog: Image is not in qcow2 format)

viceversa - if image downloads to intel2 (1st on linstor resource list) and VM on intel2 deploys fine but not on intel1.
why is it that the VM deploys fine on a kvm and not the other. Depending where the image is downloaded from ONE marketplace and appears first on the list - see above for Image-74. Intel1 appears first on the list.
