OpenNebula 5.12.0.1 can't create new vm under 4gb of ram

vcenter environment
when i choose any template, i can’t specify anything under 4gb of ram. if i do under that, i get “One or more required fields are missing or malformed.”

what could be the reason?

i’ve just learned that if i change it to mb instead of gb, i can put any size i want. looks like a bug
