OpenNebula and SaaS

Hi,

I’m new toOpenNebula. As far as I can see, it’s a platform to manage IaaS or to virtualize data center management,is it? It’s more like VMWare?

My question > Is opennebula can be used to build SaaS?

  1. Where we can automate deployment & configuration of an application
  2. Provisioning of application instances including registration and billing.
  3. Full management control of customers who share same applications
  4. Resources management for SaaS application etc like we found in public SaaS like salesforce etc

If not, somebody can give advice what recommended SaaS platform?
