User auth in a zone

Hi,

I’m having a problem when a user opens a zone, with his authentication. After clicking the zone name, it appears the next messages (in the cloud view):

[ZonePoolInfo] User couldn’t be authenticated, aborting call.
[TemplatePoolInfo] User couldn’t be authenticated, aborting call.
[TemplatePoolInfo] User couldn’t be authenticated, aborting call.
[TemplatePoolInfo] User couldn’t be authenticated, aborting call.
[VirtualNetworkPoolInfo] User couldn’t be authenticated, aborting call.
[VirtualMachinePoolInfo] User couldn’t be authenticated, aborting call.

What could be the problem? Thank you very much for your help.

Hi,

I realized why there was this problem. The synchronization process between the master database and that slave database has failed in a certain moment so the slave database doesn’t store the user credentials.
