Virtual Network state is down in attached Virtual Router

I am attaching Virtual Network to Virtual Router using one.vrouter.attachnic. The state of Virtual Network at the time of attachment is Ready. after attachment if I check the state in VNC console it showing it down. Please help me with this. I am using xml-rpc endpoints for these operations.

Hello,

  • can you do a ip link set dev [IFACE] up ?
  • does the Virtual Router add a valid IP on the interface?
  • have you tried to set up manually an IP on the interface?
