VM disk "save as" option locked and VM remains in hotplug state

Hi,

Usually, I follow the disk “save as” option in sunstone to save a disk of a running VM. So far there were no issues. But today when I tried to save a disk (by “save as”), I am facing some problems. The VM remains in the hotplug state and the image in locked state.

Opennebula version: OpenNebula 5.6.1
Hypervisor: KVM
OS: Ubuntu 18.04

There are no errors inside oned.log. The VM log is “New LCM state is HOTPLUG_SAVEAS”.

I stuck at this point. How can we check what’s happening? Please help me to solve the problem.
