Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my opennebula cluster from 6.8 version to 6.10, and I have the same issue that in this topic missing-opennebula-migration-for-community-6-10. However I try in chromium, brave, firefox, and microsoft edge, and the page still like de image:
Even deactivating the security in brave and firefox. So, exists an alternate way to download that file?

For upgrading from an older version, I would suggest to take a look on the documentation:
Upgrading Overview, that’s a good starting point.
My suggestion would be to upgrade to 7.0 instead of 6.10 (it’s simpler and straight forward).
If you have issues with the upgrade, please consider using 6.8.1 to avoid those issues.
If you still have issues, please let us know any log or error message you may have.
