About POC of voneCloud, problem

I have imported the OVA to my VM farm for testing.

I am able to run http://10.2.0.117:8000 but unable to run http://10.2.0.117 to start and running the portal, may I know why? What should I do? Please advise.

I am using vSphere 6.0 U2
