Auto starting of applications running after VM Creation?

We want to start a applications as soon as the VM is instantiated from the Template. We tried the following:
Added app server service start command in Start_Script attribute in Template Creation section. Using that template VM is instantiated. App server is not started automatically when VM is up and running. Eg: apache server must be created and server service must be started automatically without manual intervention. How to do that?

Did you install the context packages in the image before launching the VM?

I have tried by creating template of Ubuntu 14.04 Image with this context and created a VM. But cmatrix is not installed as expected. What to do? and how to do?

No i havent used context packages till now. How and where to install it?
