Fixed one problem, another appeared.
Changes in RESERVED_MEM doesn`t help.
I can`t create new VMs with this problem.

You best option is to use the onedb fsck command.
Do you have any clue regarding when/why did the negative memory value happen?
Yes, there was this problem: Host monitoring problem
And nothing else.
[oneadmin@KVMServer-1 root]$ onedb fsck --sqlite /var/lib/one/one.db

Use ‘onedb restore’ or copy the file back to restore the DB.

Now all values haven`t negative values.
Problem solved.
RAM size of a virtual machine automaticaly exceeded for 1Tb.
