Deploy VM from rbd image on ceph

Hello.

I have a problem with deploing vm from ceph storage. When I deploy an image, I get an error.

Thu Sep 13 10:53:10 2018 [Z0][ReM][E]: Req:8928 UID:0 one.vm.deploy result FAILURE [one.vm.deploy] Deploy action is not available for state PROLOG

FrontEnd, always display a message.

Thu Sep 13 11:07:41 2018 [Z0][VM][I]: New LCM state is PROLOG

If deploy an image from localstorage, the VM will start successfully

Ceph permissions for opennebula
