Each OpenNebula has this information on display, you should ask your “provider” of OpenNebula for the version. Small chance is, if your account has access rights, to look for the VERSION file located at /var/lib/one/remotes/VERSION on the frontend node or /var/tmp/one/VERSION on a Host.
