Image is marked with red and text "Image was not found"

Not sure exactly when that happened, because recently did a lot of things including updating to 5.12.0.3 and mass changing owner, but on the instantiate VM template image is marked with red and text says “Image was not found”.

So what does sunstone check to give this information?
I could not find any way to get that error somewhere else. If I do oneimage show ID or name it works. If I do ls -l on PATH it also shows that the image is there why sunstone would give this error?

Versions of the related components and OS (frontend, hypervisors, VMs):
5.12.0.3

I found a workaround. Changing the template image to something else and then switching it back, fixes it.
