Inconsistency between user VMs and "oneshow $user_id"

Hello,

A user from my system has told me he had three or four instances but he only sees one…

In “System > Users > $user > Quotas”, Sunstone shows this information:

where you couls see that in “Running VMs” value is “-4” (a negative value…). Alsoin “Running CPU” and “Running Memory” values are negative…

In “oneuser show” this is the output:

USER 543 INFORMATION
ID : 543
NAME : my-user
GROUP : my-group
PASSWORD : blablabla
AUTH_DRIVER : core
ENABLED : Yes

Here, you can see that negative value too…

What can I do? User swears me he hasn’t deleted (“terminated”) that instances…

Thanks.
