Network Context on Every Boot

Hello All,

I have just installed OpenNebula and imported Centos 6.5 KVM template from market place. When I start a VM with the template it start without error.

After the first boot, I am making some changes to network and rebooting the system. Than VM network configuration returns to first boot state.

In order to properly configure my network, I had to write small script in rc.local to make changes.

I am using OpenNebula 4.14

Thx

This is because the VM image has context[1] scripts.

You should either:

  • configure the network through OpenNebula with context

  • do not use context scripts in the image

Regards.
