New Driver to Burst into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI)

All,

We would need help from the community in building a new driver that can be used to burst out into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) from OpenNebula. This is the first time Oracle is looking at OpenNebula and would need help in kick-starting the process.

Congratulations again for this initiative, it sounds certainly interesting! :clap: Following with the process that we’ve defined for new contributions—known as OpenNebula Add-ons—now we just need to:

  1. Identify an Add-on leader (Would that be you,@aojah?)
  2. Confirm that the new add-on will be released under the Apache License version 2.0

After that, we’ll get all the necessary infra for this Community project up and running (creating a new “addon-oci” repo, etc.) so that things can start to move forward with the dev ASAP! :muscle:
