Opennebula failed after update

Hello,

I am using opennebula in the recent version on Ubuntu 16.04. Unfortunately whenever I install the Server and use some VMs, the server fails after a view days for no reason. This time I updated Ubuntu and it updated the Opennebula installation.
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/opennebula.list deb http://downloads.opennebula.org/repo/5.2/Ubuntu/16.04 stable opennebula
Since then, I can’t login anymore.
I can not connect to the mysql server. mysql -u oneadmin -p
It is all installed on one machine.
I am not sure where to look at anymore, I am getting tired with this.
My pictures from my cellphone are on there. It would be really shitty if the data is gone.
Can someone help me?

Best regards
Bernd

Hello, did you read upgrade instructions?

no
thank i need to read it.
and maybe it will be better if u post the error u get on mysql

Hi, thank you for your time.
No I did not read it, because I did not meant to update Opennebula.
Just want to update OS did not check it clearly!

Das Programm »mysql« ist in folgenden Paketen enthalten:

  • mysql-client-core-5.7
  • mariadb-client-core-10.0

That looks like mariadb is not there anymore ^^ After an update??
I used this to install opennebula. There should be Mariadb installed.

And I found another thing:

oneuser show
[UserInfo] User couldn't be authenticated, aborting call.

That was the first thing that I found out, that the frontend is running but I can’t login.
