OpenNebula State is OFF

Hi,

I have deployed VOne cloud in VMware ESXi server as a Virtual Machine when I open http://publicip:8000/ it opens a page but OpenNebula State OpenNebula is OFF…

How can I fix this? what should I do next to configure?

Please guide me urgent.
