Overall CPU and memory quotas for users/groups

Hello,

If I understand correctly, CPU and memory quotas in OpenNebula affect the CPU and memory usage within a single virtual machine. What I am more interested in is to set overall quotas, that is, the sum of real-host-CPU and the sum of real-host-memory a user or group can use for all his/her/it’s running VMs, independent from the number of running VMs. Can that be done?
