First of all I am very new to open nebula I have zero knowledge and I am working on a university project. I have installed opennebula in my ubuntu 20.4 virtual machine. setup sunstone and created one node. I have 3 VMs running CentOs 7. the problem is I am trying to setup backup feature and having this error - prebackup_live: Command failed: export LANG=C export LC_ALL=C set -ex -o pipefail

for backup I have created a datastore for RSync and added backup configuration in VM template. but when trying to get oneshot using this command - onevm backup --schedule now -d 100 6

I dont know what I am doing wrong, Please help me.

The error you mention is likely a portion of the error. Can you post the full error or log file where you are seeing this ? You will have a log file dedicated to each of the VMs at /var/log/one/<vm_id>.log.
