Hello,
is it possible to prevent users in the group ‘users’ from modifying the address space of virtual networks though they are the owners of these networks?

Hello @Christoph, in my opinion, best way is to use reservations, which is defacto new network based on parent one with specific count of addresses reserved from parent network. So you can assign that new network to specific user/group. There is also advantage of defining QoS per user/group. Later you can also add more addresses to reservation, but disadvantage is, that you cannot reduce reservation
