Restrict the option to remove VMs and network interfaces and hard disk

Hello, I hope you are well.
My query is if there is any way to restrict the option of eliminating VMs as well as the network interfaces and hard drives of the machines assigned to the users
and just leave the option of power off, reset

we need this as well to provide limited access to users and prevent any configuration changes.

Thanks I already found the solution was to edit a file in this case cloud.yaml deactivate that these options are not shown which was excellent
