I have a quad-core single-server one setup with three vms running and I have an 18.0 load average… I read this equals to 4.5 per core which apparently is very high…

The cpu though never actually goes over 10%…
Am I doing something wrong here? Even though the vms aren’t using many resources should I actually allocate less of them to each?
