VM Disk resize question

Hello,

I found there is support VM Disk resize features is available. But some further question is:

  1. Does is support reduce the disk size?

  2. What further operation need under VM (Linux/Windows)? Is it just like expand LVM under LInux or running Disk manager under Windows to process resize?

Hello, disk resize can grow disk, but not shrink (you can do it manually outside of opennebula). After resize, disk will grow and you need to run growpart and rezise2fs/xfs_growfs in guest. If you have one contexualization package installed in guest, them you can just reboot VM and disk partition and filesystem grow on startup.
