VNC no working on wilds

Hello comunity,

I have Open nebula 5.8.4 with Vcenter 6.7 and i’m having some problems with VNC.

When i import wilds, all works great but when i need to use VNC i get this error VNC Failed Something went wrong, connection is closed. If i deploy an instance from a template VNC works witout any problem.

Hi, did you open vnc ports into ESXi Firewall host?

Already solved the problem, just installing the Contextualization Packages to the VM
