vOneCloud 1.6 VM Capacity resizing

I just upgrade vOneCloud v1.4 to v1.6 and was hoping I could resize my VMs now.
I do not see resize button available for existing VMs.
I provisioned new VM, shut it down and I still cannot see resize button.
